We try to keep product descriptions, images and prices accurate, but colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen. Prices are shown in PKR by default, with a USD equivalent shown for convenience — the currency you pay in depends on your chosen payment method at checkout. We may update prices at any time; the price shown at checkout is the price you pay.
Placing an order (via the website or WhatsApp) is an offer to buy — we'll confirm your order on WhatsApp before it's dispatched. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order (for example, if an item is out of stock or a delivery address can't be verified), in which case we'll let you know and refund any online payment already made.
We currently accept Cash on Delivery (Pakistan only) and online payment via JazzCash/EasyPaisa. Online payments are processed securely by JazzCash/EasyPaisa directly — we do not see or store your card or wallet PIN.

DJR Caps caps are intended as general medical/healthcare headwear and are not a substitute for any specific hospital or facility's PPE requirements — please check with your workplace if you need certified sterile or single-use headwear. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of our products.
