DJR Caps ships from Pakistan to customers around the world. At checkout, pick your country from the dropdown (with its flag) to see the exact shipping cost and delivery estimate — for example:

Processing time before dispatch: 1-3 business days. Some caps may ship on a different profile with its own rates — checkout always shows the exact cost for what's actually in your cart.

Payment on Delivery
Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are paid in cash to the courier when your order arrives. Online payments (JazzCash/EasyPaisa) are charged at checkout, before dispatch.
Exchanges
Because scrub caps are a worn item, for hygiene reasons we can only accept an exchange (not a refund) if:
- The cap is unworn, unwashed, and still has its original packaging/tags, and
- You contact us within 3 days of delivery, or
- The cap arrived damaged or defective (in which case we'll replace it at no extra cost).
To request an exchange, message us on WhatsApp with your order reference and photos of the item.
Refunds
Cash on Delivery orders are only paid for once received, so there's nothing to refund unless a replacement isn't possible (in which case we'll agree on a bank transfer refund with you directly). Online (JazzCash/EasyPaisa) payments for a cancelled or undeliverable order are refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Wrong or Missing Items
If something's wrong with your order — wrong color, missing item, damaged in transit — message us on WhatsApp within 3 days of delivery with a photo, and we'll sort it out at no cost to you.
